obelisk only costs an average 800-900m max on the contract, and you are asking a colatteral 1 billion isk for renting an obelisk? if you run off with the colatteral, you will profit at least 100-200m off from a person. and most importantly, you are spamming your services all over the places which is not a very good idea ripping off someone's wallet.
